Permissions for Mask or Menance
Eve has three powers that could potentially influence others! I will always ask permission before she does anything that might specifically be from her powers, but feel free to give permission below and/or opt-out of any use of them. Even if you give permission here, I will likely double-check with you when it's being actively used. If you definitely want it to happen at some point, feel free to drop a comment below and we can figure it out, in the start she'll have no idea how to use powers so it could automatically happen much to her chagrin!
Enhanced Charisma - Eve is someone who people can't help but like. In canon, several people wanted to dislike her, but ended up swayed by her quickly. Her innocence and kindness have a tendency to make people soften toward her and be persuaded to what she wants from them. If she learns how to hone this ability, she could use it someday to enable people to trust and be loyal to her enough to do her bidding, or listen to what she's telling them and follow orders.
Sonic Scream- The power to emit highly enhanced scream of a high amplitude. To start with Eve will have no control over this, I foresee the scream unable to be aimed and also have her flying backward each time she uses it as she's not prepared to stand her ground. Eventually with practice, she'll be able to aim and ground herself, but to start with it'll be random and just a burst of high pitched sound wave energy. She will not be able to fly like Banshee would in the X-Men, it's more like the Black Canary cry. In the blanket of the powers is resistance to loud sounds in hearing (so she doesn't make herself deaf). She wouldn't destroy her voice for speaking, BUT after using it she will have rough voice and need to hone it and build up the muscles. So in the start when she uses it, she won't be able to talk for about ten hours after and even then in a harsh whisper. But in time she'll be able to speak afterward once properly trained. She would also have the following limitations too: The screams can be bounced off reflective surfaces like mirror and it's completely useless when she's properly gagged or she's injured in the throat. The level of power would be to start breaking windows and making everyone's ears ring badly, to eventually having the power to destroy sections of a building/brick and turning someone deaf (with full permission or on NPCs only).
Echolocation as part of Eve's eventual training. She will not start out with this ability, this can only happen when she is experienced and settled into her current scream. Using sound waves to bounce off everywhere around her, she will be able to determine the location of objects or of people by how the sound bounces off of them. The echoes will tell her where these things are, and so even blindfolded she will be able to defend herself.
